When did the PMO pressure on SNC Lavalin start on Jody Wilson-Raybould? Despite being asked to appear at the Senate Legal committee for the Budget Implementation Act (Bill C-74) study of Deferred Prosecution Agreements in May 2018, the Justice Minister was absent, and the committee was advised she was “unavailable”. Senator Denise Batters presses on this point, stating the normal procedure is “no Minister, no Bill”.
