Trudeau’s Carbon Tax Will Cost Canadians Hundreds of Dollars on Airfare!

Senator Denise Batters takes Trudeau Environment Minister Catherine McKenna to task over the huge cost the carbon tax will add to Canadians’ airline tickets. In Senate Question Period, Senator Batters outlines that the Trudeau carbon tax is a tax on everything. The Trudeau government will dole out only pennies for “rebates”, but they’re grabbing fistfuls of dollars with this costly, do-nothing tax!

Minister McKenna’s 2 minute response does not even mention airfare. Instead, she repeats all of the same tired talking points we’ve all heard for months.
