Trudeau Court Delays Compounding Court Delay Crisis

Senator Denise Batters questions the federal Justice Minister on how the Trudeau Government’s delays and lack of action on appointing judges compounds Canada’s court delay crisis – and how that crisis means serious criminals are now going free.

Senator Batters also asks the Minister to explain Prime Minister Trudeau’s comment about the “100 appointments” his Government has made in the 16 months they have been in power.
