The Trudeau Government Could Have Fixed Bill S-4 — Why Didn’t They?
The Trudeau Government rushed Bill S-4 (amendments to the Parliament of Canada Act) through the Senate in the last Parliament, and then did not even bring it forward for any debate in the House of Commons before they called the last election. The bill failed to define new terms created for Trudeau’s Fake Independent Senate. The Liberal government then took months to reconvene Parliament after the election, but didn’t bother to correct their bill. Instead, they reintroduced an identical bill, as Bill S-2.
