Liberals Delay Rent Subsidy Program – Third Time’s The Charm?

The Trudeau Government’s first rent subsidy program was a disaster. After delaying with a two-month prorogation of Parliament during a pandemic just to avoid examination of the Trudeau government’s own ethical mess, they finally proposed a second rent subsidy program in Bill C-9 in November.
