Criminal trials are serious business. The accused should be there in person, not testify by Zoom!
Yet, this is what the Trudeau Government’s Bill S-4 would allow.

I tried to change this and amend the bill at the Senate Legal Committee (where my amendment was defeated), and I will try again soon in the Senate Chamber at 3rd Reading.
