Are Trudeau’s Pals Mismanaging His Government’s Litigation?

Senator Denise Batters questions the Attorney-General about the Trudeau Government’s embarrassing mismanagement of litigation by the Litigation Management Cabinet Committee.

This Trudeau Cabinet Committee seems to have:
– endorsed the Liberal Government’s $10.5 million secret payout to confessed terrorist Omar Khadr; and
– advised the Trudeau Government to spend $100,000 on legal fees fighting a $6,000 orthodontics claim of a young indigenous girl.

Even though Wilson-Raybould is the Attorney-General, this Cabinet Committee is chaired by close Trudeau pal Dominic LeBlanc.

Is this Committee just one more example of the centralization of power under Justin Trudeau’s PMO, his closest friends and advisors?
