Supreme Court of Canada Nominee Moreau Pressed on Omar Khadr Ruling

Last week at a meeting comprised of members of the Senate’s Legal Committee and the House of Commons Justice Committee, I questioned the Supreme Court of Canada nominee, Justice Mary Moreau.
