Senator Denise Batters pays tribute to Queen Elizabeth II

Canada and the world mourned the recent loss of our long-standing, outstanding monarch, Queen Elizabeth II.

I was honoured to pay tribute to Her Majesty in the Senate Chamber.

I spoke about the Queen’s connections to Saskatchewan and Regina. I was fortunate to see Queen Elizabeth three times in person, including briefly meeting her in 2010. You can watch my tribute on this VIDEO clip.
