My Senate speech: Criminal trials are serious. Accused must be in person, NOT by Zoom!

Criminal trials are serious business. The accused should be there in person, not testify by Zoom!
Yet, this is what the Trudeau Government’s Bill S-4 would allow.
I tried to change this and amend the bill in the Senate Chamber at Bill S-4’s 3rd Reading.
