Did Morneau recuse himself from Litigation Management Cabinet Ctte?

Senator Denise Batters wants to know: how many times did Finance Minister Bill Morneau recuse himself from the Litigation Management Cabinet Committee because of conflicts of interest? After six weeks, the Trudeau Government’s Senate Leader finally responded in writing, only to say he can’t say because of cabinet confidentiality.

Morneau previously admitted he has recused himself from Cabinet “at least twice”. Does this secrecy from the Trudeau Government mean Morneau’s recusal number was not accurate?
